Coloring The Pieces of Luzerne County

The Tudor Book Shop, 651 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, will be hosting a children's program on the Luzerne County Historical Society's new publication, "Coloring the Pieces of Luzerne County" on Saturday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m.  Christina Galchefski, a junior at Wyoming Valley West High School will present this coloring book, explaining her ideas that led up to this publication.

"Coloring the Pieces of Luzerne County" is a collection of drawings of various sites found within Luzerne County.  The illustrations were drawn by young students of local artist, Sue Hand.  A description of each illustration is found on each page.   Not only is this book entertaining for children, it is also educational.

For more information about this event, call the Tudor Book Shop at 570-288-9697.
